Challange
Marketplace products get messy quickly: many categories, listings, profiles, messages, and booking states. The challenge was keeping the UI consistent and easy to scan, while supporting complex flows like search, filtering, booking, and account management. The dashboard also needed a clear structure so users do not feel lost.
Result
I delivered a UI system with reusable components, cleaner layouts, and defined interaction patterns. Core user flows were simplified to reduce friction, and the dashboard gained a more readable hierarchy for fast decision making. The result is a more scalable product foundation that can grow without breaking consistency.
